Our family received life changing news in September of 2018, our Matriarch, our everything, Genevieve, was diagnosed with Pancreatic Cancer. Cancer is not new to our family and we prayed/hoped she would not be touched by this disease, it was not to be. She fought this disease with her strong faith, grace and loving support from her family. She lost her battle in March 2020. We found out about Polly's Run and we did our first walk/run in June of 2019 and we have been supporting this race for a cure in honor of our beautiful wife, mom, grandma and great grandma ever since.
